Return & Refund Policy

At ShahebBiBi, we want you to be happy with every purchase you make. However, if you wish to return any of your goods to us when you are not entirely happy with the quality of the products or for any defects, you can return your items within 3 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment.

If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us at 01847284335 through direct call or SMS or you can send us an email at complain@shahebbibi.com and type “SB product return” in the subject field. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition.

Please send the receiving invoice or product delivery receipt along with the product to be refunded. No refund or exchange will be given without product’s delivery receipt or invoice or other proof of purchase. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of ShahebBiBi packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached.

When you purchase goods online we appreciate that you are likely to be seeing any goods you have purchased for the first time. Whilst you decide to return your purchase, you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our goods and they remain your responsibility until they arrive safely at our office or warehouse.


Products that cannot be returned

The following items cannot be returned within the terms of our refund policy:

Cosmetics items
Female: Panties / Male: Underwear. (If the product trial is done once or the seal of the purchased product is opened)
Beauty & Healthcare Items, (If the seal of the purchased product is opened)

Other items may be added to this list from time to time. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty, incorrect or damaged goods.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.

The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.

If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

Returns Reasons

a) Delivery of a product that is damaged, broken, defective (faulty or malfunctioning) condition

b) Delivery of a product that is incorrect (presentation different on website) / incomplete (missing parts)

c) Delivery of a product that is “No longer needed” (you no longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the purchase/the size of a fashion product does not fit / you do not like the product after opening the package) – eligible for selected products only.

Return policy per Category:
