Prices do sometimes change. At any point of time, you may find that prices of some products you purchased earlier have been increased or decreased due to many factors such as changes of import taxes, currency fluctuations, online promotions etc.
We will always do our best to offer you the best value available. Once you have placed your order and you have received a dispatch email or SMS, the price is guaranteed and will not change.
Most of our featured items are available in some (or all) of our stores in limited quantities for a limited duration. But some items may get out of stocks during your order confirmation. We will always try to avoid this situation, however, we request you to keep your selected products in the “Wishlist box” and we will do our best to inform you about the product’s availability when it is in our hands.
Please note that when purchasing a product that includes a gift with purchase, the gift is subject to availability, while stocks last only.
Price & Availability Errors

Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologize for any errors relating to product price or availability.
If a pricing error has been made, we reserve the right to suspend your order and to contact you to ask whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price. However, we apologize for such error at any point of time.

Restricted Quantities on Some Beauty Items
For some of our beauty products, customers are restricted to a maximum number of any single items they may order. If you select more than the maximum number allowed, we will have to cancel part of your order.
In the event that this happens, one of our customer service team will contact you and you will receive a full refund for the items we are unable to send you. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you.
