General Obligations of Delivery:

1. Our delivery service shall extent to Home Delivery of the Products or Cash on Delivery, return of the products.

2. We will provide interface for tracking delivery information so that adequate information is available to satisfy Customers’ queries in respect of Delivery of the Products.

3. shall ensure that the packaging of the Products is safe, proper and adequate to withstand the normal transportation and environmental hazards.

4. reserves the right to revise and update all delivery service fees.

6. In case of return of an electronic product, we will not receive any unsealed electronic product which was originally sealed by the manufacturer such as mobile phone or camera etc.

Delivery charges are the costs undertaken by and our logistics partners to bring your ordered item to your doorstep. Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and the weight of the product(s) in your order.

The delivery of your order may take inside Dhaka & for outside Dhaka.

** In case of same day delivery, clients have to confirm the order on or before 10.00 am on the day of purchase.

* Return Charge will be applicable as half of the delivery charge (For Outside Dhaka).

* Delivery includes our security packaging, bubble rapping or other necessary packaging options (if required) to secure the product from damage.

*Dhaka suburbs include Demra, Matauail, Pagla, Shyampur, Siddhirgonj, Bhuigar, Fatullah, Narayanganj, Savar, Ashulia, Amin Bazar, Court Bari, Gazipur (upto Chowrasta).

* Outside Dhaka- Sylhet Metro, Chittagong Metro, Comilla Metro, Bogra Metro, Khulna Metro, Jessore Metro, Moulovibazar Metro

*** These are estimated time-frames based on working days. If our team foresees a delay in order fulfillment from vendor, you shall be informed accordingly by us.

Same-day Delivery: We can provide the same day delivery service inside Dhaka city but in that case customer will have to place order within 10.00 am of the same day to get this service and have to mention that in the “Order note” box. For same day delivery service, charges will be according to our standard delivery option schedule. (Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and the weight of the product(s) you order.)

Free Delivery: our customer will get “Free Home Delivery” on every order for every purchase of over 3,000 taka. ( reserves the right to change this option time to time as per circumstances)

Order Confirmation: When the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the invoice copy which describes order details and relevant information to monitor the delivery status of your package.

At the time your order is confirmed, you will be communicated an estimated delivery time for your items.

Delivery Information: Exact shipping fees for your order will be shown to you during the checkout process, calculated using the “Shipping Weight” of the products you have ordered.

Receipt of the Products:

Sealed items or packages cannot be opened unless the payment is made to the Delivery Agent. The Delivery Agent shall not take the item back if the seal has been opened.

If you later find out that there is any issue with the product bought, you can request a return by calling our Customer Service (0188-5000700)

Alter Shipping Address:

If you want to alternate the shipping address or you want to ship your ordered product(s) to some other place than you have to click on “Ship to a different address” and fill up the required information. You can easily find the form on the right side of the screen after confirming the “Proceed to checkout”.

Delivery Guidelines:

If you anticipate you will not be available to receive your order, you may designate someone to receive on your behalf but ensure this person has a valid copy of your ID along with a signed authorization letter or a copy of your order confirmation email. Please have the exact amount ready upon delivery if your payment method is “Cash on Delivery”.

Orders can only be delivered to a private address (e.g. home or work address). Please note that, we cannot deliver any order to public places, streets, cafes and/or restaurants.

Payment via Cash On Delivery:

You have the option to make a payment at your doorstep when you order on Once you have placed the order and checkout using COD, you can pay when we will deliver the item to your doorstep. Be sure to have the exact amount for payment as our delivery men do not carry petty cash.

Direct Account to Account Transfer (EFTN):

You can also make your payments through an online bank account to account transfer via EFTN (Electronic Fund Transfer Network). In that case, first, you have to make an online fund transfer request to your own online bank selecting our bank details. When the EFT transfer is final, you have to confirm us via SMS/email so that can cross check the amount that is supposed to be received via EFT. If everything is okay then will take necessary steps to deliver your products to your doorsteps.

Online payment via Credit / Debit cards:

You can make a payment via credit/debit card by selecting “Pay Online” payment method. Any person who has a valid VISA, MasterCard, DBBL Nexus or local AMEX card or any other similar cards can make a payment via this method. You will be redirected to a secure page to enter your card details. Once the payment is accepted, if required, you will receive verification call. Please note that your card information is safe and your customer information is handled with the high degree of confidentiality. Our customer service agent will confirm your payment details against the online payment order via card. If we cannot get in touch with you within three days, we will cancel your transaction and order. Once your payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS.
